1. Problem verification:
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF

1. PCU DTC check.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Connect the HDS to the data link connector (DLC).
Check for DTCs in the POWER CONTROL UNIT with the HDS.
DTC (POWER CONTROL UNIT)
Are there any DTCs?
YES
Go to indicated DTC troubleshooting.
NO
Go to step 2.
2. Shorted wire check (KEY SW line)
DTC B12E2 Electric Steering Lock Low Level Failure of MTRCUT1
