Honda HR-V: HFL Microphone Removal and Installation

Removal & Installation

1. HFL Microphone - Remove

Audio Visual Systems - Service Information

  1. Pull out the HFL microphone (A)
  2. Disconnect the connector (B), then remove the HFL microphone.

Audio Visual Systems - Service Information

  1. Remove the HFL microphone (A)
  2. Remove the HFL microphone bracket (B) if necessary.

2. All Removed Parts - Install

  1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

HFL SWITCH REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

1. Driver's Airbag - Remove

2. Lower Garnish Assembly - Remove

  1. Remove the garnish (A).

  1. Remove the screw (A).

  1. Disconnect the connector (A)
  2. Pull out the lower garnish assembly (B)
  3. Disconnect the connector(s) (C), then remove the lower garnish assembly.

3. HFL Switch - Remove

4. All Removed Parts - Install

  1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
