Checking the Battery
The battery condition is being monitored by the sensor on the negative
terminal. If
there is a problem with the sensor, the warning message on the information
display
will let you know. Have your vehicle checked by a dealer.
Check the battery terminals for corrosion monthly.
1. PCU DTC check.
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Connect the HDS to the data link connector (DLC).
Check for DTCs in the POWER CONTROL UNIT with the HDS.

Are there any DTCs?
YES
Go to indicated DTC troubleshooting.
NO
Go to step 2.
