DRIVESHAFT INSPECTION
Inspection
1. Driveshaft - Inspect
Check the inboard boot (A) and the outboard boot (B) on the driveshaft
(C) for
cracks, damage, leaking grease, and loose boot bands (D).
Front Driveshaft Disassembly and Reassembly
Special Tools Required
CV Boot Clamp Pliers 30500, commercially
available
Bearing Puller, commercially available
Slide Hammer 5/8"-18 UNF, commercially available
Threaded Adapter, 26 x 1.5 mm 07XAC

Opening and Closing the Moonroof
■Opening/Closing the Moonroof
You can only operate the moonroof when the ignition switch is in ON (II)*1.
Use the
switch in the front of the ceiling to open and close the moonroof.
■ Automatic operation
To open: Pull the switch back firmly.
To close: Push the switch forward firmly.
