ENGINE LUBRICATION SYSTEM SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING - LOW OIL PRESSURE INDICATOR DOES NOT COME ON WITH THE VEHICLE IN THE ON MODE 1. Input signal test: Connect the HDS to the DLC. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode. Make sure the HDS communicates with the vehicle. If it does not communicate, go to

1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode 2. Disconnect the automatic dimming inside mirror 7P connector. 3. Check for continuity between terminal No. 6 and body ground. If there is continuity, go to step 4. If there is no continuity, check for: An open or high resistance in the ground wire.
