Removal & Installation

1. Front Seat - Remove
2. Front Seat Recline Cover - Remove
3. Front Seat-Back Cover/Pad - Remove
4. Front Seat Cushion Cover/Pad - Remove
5. Front Seat Belt Buckle - Remove
6 Front Seat Upper Rail Cover - Remove

- Remove the upper rail inner cover (A) and upper rail outer
cover (B).
7. Front Seat Recline Cover - Remove

- Remove the recline inner cover (A) and recline outer cover (B)
from the seat back frame (C).
8. Front Seat Recline Lever - Remove

- Remove the spring (A)
- Remove the bolts with a TORX T25 bit, then remove the front
seat recline lever (B).
9. Seat Cushion Frame/Seat Back Frame - Remove

- Remove the bolts with a TORX T50 bit, then remove the seat back frame
(A) from the seat cushion
frame (B).
10.All Removed Parts - Install

- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE : Apply medium strength liquid thread lock to the threads of the bolts
before reinstallation.

1. Climate Control Unit - Remove
2. Front Seat Heater Control Unit - Remove

- Remove the front seat heater control unit (A)
- Disconnect the connector.
3. All Removed Parts - Install

1. Rear Seat Armrest - Remove
Fold down the right rear seat-back
Remove the rear seat armrest trim (A).
Remove the bolt.
Remove the rear seat armrest (A)

Before testing, check the No. C1 (20 A), No. C4 (10 A), No. C5 (10 A),
No. C6 (10 A), No. C7 (10 A),
No. C12 (10 A), and No. C13 (10 A) fuses in the under-dash fuse/relay box
are OK.
There are two pairs of fuses in the same circuit (No. C6 and No. C7
fuses, No. C5 and No. C13 fuses,
