1. LDW indicator and warning buzzer check:
- Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- Select FCW/LDW/High Beam Support/Traffic Sign Recognition System from the DRIVING SUPPORT menu with the HDS, and enter the FUNCTION TEST.
- Select LDW drive and Indicator drive with the HDS.

Does the LDW indicator blink?, and does the LDW warning buzzer sound?
YES
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
NO
Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function.

1. Problem verification:
- Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Does the LDW indicator come on?
YES
Intermittent failure, the system is OK.
NO
Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function.

1. Problem verification:
- Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- Wait for about 6 seconds.
