Replacement
NOTE: Apply a light coat of clean transmission fluid on all parts before
installation.
1. Control Shaft Oil Seal - Remove
2. Control Shaft Oil Seal - Install
- Install the oil seal (A) flush with the transmission housing using the
15 x
135L driver handle and the 22 x 24 mm bearing driver attachment.
TRANSMISSION HOUSING DRIVEN PULLEY SHAFT BEARING REPLACEMENT (CVT)
*: 07736-A01000B must be used with commercially available 3/8"-16 slide
hammer.

Replacement
NOTE: Apply a light coat of clean transmission fluid on all parts before
installation.
1. Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Remove
- Remove the bearing set plate (A).
- Remove the driven pulley shaft bearing (A) using the 25-40 mm adjustable
bearing puller and a commercially available 3/8"-16 slide hammer (B).
- Remove the oil guide plate (A).
2. Driven Pulley Shaft Bearing - Install
- Install the oil guide plate (A).
- Install the driven pulley shaft bearing (A) until it bottoms using the
40 mm I.D. driver handle.

- Install the bearing set plate (A).

3. Harness Cover - Remove
Remove the bolts (A).
Disconnect the connector (B).
4. Shift Cable (Transmission Side) - Remove
