Honda HR-V: DTC 1002 SD Read Error
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first.
- This navigation DTC sets when there is a problem with the SD card.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting
Information.
1. Problem verification:
- Clear the hard error codes.
- Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode then the ON mode.
- Check for hard error codes.
Is DTC 1002 indicated?
YES
Replace the SD card.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
