Removal & Installation
1. Tailgate Lower Trim Panel - Remove - Refer to: Interior Trim Removal and
Installation - Door Areas,
or Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Tailgate Areas, or Interior Trim
Removal and
Installation - Rear Side Area, or Interior Trim Removal and Installation - Cargo
Areas, or Interior
Trim Removal and Installation - Pillar Areas (With Side Curtain Airbag), or
Interior Trim
Removal and Installation - Pillar Areas (Without Side Curtain Airbag)
2. Inner Taillight - Remove

- Disconnect the connector(s)
- Remove the inner taillight (A).
3. All Removed Parts - Install

- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE : Inspect the gasket;
replace it if it is distorted or stays compressed.
LICENSE PLATE LIGHT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Removal & Installation
1. License Plate Light - Remove

- Push the license plate light assembly (A) to the side to release the
retaining
spring (B), and pull out the license plate light assembly.

- Disconnect the connector (A)
- Separate the lens (B) from the housing (C)
- Remove the bulb (D) from the housing.
2. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
