MTF INSPECTION AND REPLACEMENT (M/T)
Inspection
1. Vehicle - Lift
2. Engine Undercover - Remove
3. MTF - Check
Remove the oil check bolt (A) and the 6 mm sealing washer (B)
Check the condition of the MTF and make sure it is at the proper level
(C).NOTE: If the fluid is dirty, replace the MTF.
FCW Indicator
When the FCW system is OK, the FCW indicator comes on for about 5 seconds
after turning the vehicle to the
ON mode, then it goes off.
When the FCW system detects a problem while operating, the FCW system stops
working, then the FCW
indicator (amber) stays on.
