1. FCW indicator and warning buzzer check:
Select FCW/LDW/High Beam Support/Traffic Sign Recognition System from
the DRIVING SUPPORT
menu with the HDS, and enter the FUNCTION TEST.
Select FCW drive and Indicator drive with the HDS.
FCW drive
Indicator drive
Does the FCW indicator blink?, and
SRS Symptom Troubleshooting - Front Seat Belt Reminder Indicator
Does Not Come ON, Turn OFF, Or Flash (KA/KC)
NOTE:
Before doing this troubleshooting procedure, find out if the vehicle was
in a collision. If so, verify that all the required components were replaced
with new components of the correct part
number, and that they were properly installed.
