Honda HR-V: Exterior Lights Bulb Removal and Installation
Removal & Installation
Headlight (High/Low)
1. Headlight Bulb - Remove

- Disconnect the connector (A)
- Remove the rubber (B).

- Pull the retaning spring (A) away from the bulb (B), then
remove the bulb.
2. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Front Turn Signal Light/Front Parking Light
3. Front Turn Signal Light/Front Parking Light - Remove

4. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Front Side Marker Light
5. Front Side Marker Light Bulb - Remove

- Disconnect the connector (A)
- Turn the bulb socket (B) counterclockwise to remove it from
the housing
- Remove the bulb (C) from the bulb socket.
6. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Rear Turn Signal Light
7. Taillight - Remove - Refer to: Inner Taillight Removal and Installation,
or Taillight Removal and
Installation
8. Rear Turn Signal Light Bulb - Remove

- Turn the bulb socket (A) counterclockwise to remove it from
the housing
- Remove the bulb (B) from the bulb socket.
9. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
Back-Up Light
10. Back-Up Light Bulb - Remove

- Remove the tailgate maintenance side lid (A).

- Turn the bulb socket (A) counterclockwise to remove it from
the housing
- Remove the bulb (B) from the bulb socket.
11. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
