Removal & Installation

1. Upper Column Cover - Remove

Steering System - Service Information

  1. Adjust the steering column to the full tilt down position, and to the full telescopic out position
  2. Turn the steering wheel 90º clockwise. Release the hook (A).

  1. Turn the steering wheel 180º counterclockwise. Release the hook (A).

  1. Remove the upper column cover (A).

2. Lower Column Cover - Remove

Steering System - Service Information

  1. Turn the steering wheel to access the mounting screws, then remove the screws from front side of the lower column cover (A).

Steering System - Service Information

  1. Remove the screw, then remove the lower column cover (A).

3. All Removed Parts - Install

  1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
