2. Rear Differential Breather Box and Hose - Remove

- Disconnect the breather hoses
(A).

- Remove the breather hoses (A)
- Remove the breather box (B).
3. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.

5. Sensor Cover - Remove

6. Rear Differential Fluid Pressure Sensor - Remove

- Disconnect the connector (A)
- Remove the rear differential fluid pressure sensor (B) and the
O-ring (C).
7. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
8. Rear Differential Fluid - Refill

5. Sensor Cover - Remove

6. Rear Differential Fluid Temperature Sensor - Remove

- Disconnect the connector (A)
- Remove the rear differential fluid temperature sensor (B) and
the O-ring (C).
7. All Removed Parts - Install
- Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
8. Rear Differential Fluid - Refill
REAR DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION (AWD)
Removal
1. Vehicle - Lift
2. Rear Differential Assembly - Remove
3. Rear Differential Housing Assembly - Remove

- Remove the mounting bolts (A) in a crisscross pattern in
several steps
- Remove the differential housing assembly (B) and the oil
seals (C).
Installation
1. Rear Differential Housing Assembly - Install

- Remove the dirt and fluid from the sealing surfaces
- Apply liquid gasket (P/N 08C70-K0334M) evenly to the sealing surface
- Install the component within 5 minutes of applying the liquid gasket.
Make sure
you seal the entire circumference of the bolt holes to prevent fluid
leakage.
NOTE :
- If too much time has passed after applying the liquid gasket, remove
the old
liquid gasket and residue, then reapply the new liquid gasket.
- Allow it to cure at least 30 minutes after assembly before filling
the
differential with recommended fluid.

- Install the differential housing assembly (A)
- Torque the mounting bolts (B) in a crisscross pattern in several steps.
