1. Fuel Line - Inspect
USA and Canada models
Check the fuel system lines and hoses for damage, leaks, and deterioration.
Replace any damaged parts.
Check all clamps,
Fuel Supply System Description - Fuel Pump
The fuel tank unit consists of the following components.

Operation
The return fuel entering the jet pump from the fuel pressure regulator pass

information.
1. Problem verification:
Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC 83-14 indicated?
YES
